Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Some items may be made to order or fulfilled separately, especially apparel or specialty merch. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

Stickers and small items: 3–7 business days
Apparel and made-to-order items: 5–12 business days
Holiday or high-volume periods: Shipping may take longer than normal

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other issues outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, package size, and delivery location.

We may also offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Some small orders may ship by standard mail and may not include tracking.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to fix it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
